It has no iris and no focus ring. It is just a fixed high resolution CCTV lens that you can use in astronomy projects with BIG sensors. It will produce some vignetting in 4/3" detectors. It works without vignetting on a 2200x3000 pixel (3,5um cell size) 10,51x7,74mm CMOS chip (specifically, Cypress IBIS4-6600), so you are guaranteed 2/3" compatibility with no vignetting and even beyond. Remember this is CS mount, and you will need a short focus distance of 12mm from back of lens to sensor. IRIS/DIAPHRAGM is PRESENT; You can provide 1-6v DC current and it will close or open (reverse polarity). Resolution and contrast are gorgeous!! The high optical performance is achieved by a sophisticated optical design and the use of ultra low dispersion glass. A special broadband coating reduces stray light and increases transmission over the whole spectral range. Original cost about 1300. Very high end glass! Issues: some normal usage marks (lenses are perfect).
