What else do you need for Salmon Cream Gratin? ? 250g fresh or frozen salmon fillet ? 250ml heavy cream Preparation: Place fresh, thawed, or frozen fish in a baking dish. Stir the contents of the sachet into 250ml of heavy cream. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 200C/170C fan-assisted oven for about 25 minutes. Frozen salmon requires about 35 minutes to cook.
