By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours. Please include an item number, your user ID, and an email address registered with in any emails. Payments Shipping We ship worldwide via USPS. International buyers and customers from HI, AK, APO/FPO should contact us for shipping quotes before bidding. Items are usually shipped 7?10 business days after payment is received. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary by origin and destination. International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. We also ship via UPS Ground. Tracking numbers are sent upon shipment. UPS is not available for HI, AK, APO/FPO, and most international shipments except Canada. No local pick-ups. Returns and Exchanges No returns for handmade items. Other, non-handmade items must be in original condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will refund your original amount minus a 20% restocking fee. In the rare instance where we make a mistake, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling. You will receive the exact item listed, in the stated condition. Requests for substitutes may be accommodated if made prior to completing your order and may incur an additional handling fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
