Restraints are all in varying, but good, condition. All wear is cosmetic (tags worn/torn, tarnished brass, worn paint, surface rust); there are no major damages to the restraints (cuts/frays in the strap, damaged clips, etc.). Last two pictures show examples of what some of the most worn restraints look like. Original RIPP brand Hobble that was law enforcement used. If you don't know how this was used you can go on you tube and do a search and they demonstrate how it was used.
