To use, freeze the ice pack by laying it flat in the freezer, place it in the fabric sleeve and on top of contents within a lunch box, tote or cooler bag, allowing the cool air to flow down. To clean, remove the Ice Pack from the fabric sleeve. Use mild dish soap and a damp sponge to wipe the Ice Pack exterior, before allowing to air dry. Ensure the Ice Pack exterior is dry prior to placing it back in the freezer. Do not heat Ice Pack in microwave. Do not freeze in fabric sleeve. If Ice Pack is torn or broken, dispose immediately.
