It is an assembly line leftover that has never been installed. However, it is lightly blemished from rubbing against other ones in a bin. It is from an assembly with GM part number 84743965 or 86825909. GM says it can also be used in place of 86825909, 84743967, 86825908, 84499494, 84569061, 84743972 and 84746877. Match one of these to your part number to ensure compatibility! Seriously!! You would use this if your bezel needs replaced. (Missing, damaged, etc.) This is the trim panel only. No function components are included. (You should already have them.) Instructions for installation are not included. You shouldn't be attempting repairs/installs if you're not qualified.
