Unisex ski socks Sidas Ski Ultrafit Race were developed for professionals. The socks are ultra-thin, woven with dense fibers (200 needles), completely smooth on the inside and without excess fibers. They provide the maximum possible performance and comfort when skiing. Thanks to the thin material, they adapt to the foot and work like a second skin. The skier feels exactly the feedback from the ski boot and all pressures are transferred directly to the ski. Ski Ultrafit socks also support blood circulation and stabilize muscles thanks to light compression (20 to 30 mmHg). This leads to faster regeneration and better protection of muscles and greater performance. The accuracy of force transmission depends on the thickness of the socks and how densely they are knitted. In addition to the very thin and densely woven construction, these socks also have an inner side carefully sewn so that no fibers protrude from it (In Out construction). Thanks to this, they perfectly adapt to the leg and do not cause bruises - the reinforcements in sensitive areas of the leg also protect against this. The silicone anti-slip strip on the foot improves the contact of the foot with the insole and helps for better stability. The foot is thus in direct contact with the boot and this allows the skier to transfer forces more precisely. Merino wool provides thermal comfort and wicks away moisture.
