It is in very good condition, with some light wear at the corners and edges, but the cover is in especially good condition, with some fading around the edges, but someone put a parchment paper book cover on it, and this has protected it quite will. The spine and binding are good, and all 209 pages are intact and in good condition, although they are a little yellowed around the edges. This is a nice book, and a wonderful learning tool and reference for anyone studying prose.
