From a smoke free home, this comes with the original box and the music plays fine. There is one thing to mention and that is as the music is playing the ladder rises up and down. When it gets to the highest point the one small wire that rotates to rise and lower it has a bit of play and it catches, if you touch it slightly it continues the cycle so just a tiny bend to the wire should correct the problem. I did not want to mess with it so I will leave that up to the buyer. Otherwise very nice and I do not believe it was used much. The box shows some wear from being stored away.
