I have been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia - although my doctor thought I had it several years ago - I just didn't want to hear it or deal with it back then. It has gotten increasinly more uncomfortable and is starting to wear down my body physically and emotionally. I bought this book as I don't know a whole lot about the fibromyalgia. I haven't read the whole book yet, but it has been very helpful to me for identifying and realizing what fibromylagia is and how to "live" with it on regular basis and to learn more about what my "triggers" are so that I can try to keep things under control. Would reccommend for anyone who wants to learn more about fibromyalgia and how to deal with it.
