this is new- It was opened and inspected during quality inspections
Still sealed in plastic
The box has a hole in it pointed out
You will NEED a TIVO subscription for this to work and it DOEN NOT come with one
You will have to call customer service etc and let them know where you got it - I dont know all the specifics, but you will probably need to contact them with your model number
No shipping to extreme locations.
