The snorkel arm works but does not rest flat when lowered (about 2 1/2" gap. Hose is included and connected in place but has not been tested. Air blows through fine but unknown if there are any cracks or leaks. Ladders are missing from sides of truck. There are scuffs and scratches as well as some embedded dirt and dust. Windshield is fogged and has white drip spots.Needs cleaned.
