About 9 1/8" x 12" with a 6 5/16" diameter mounted brass center piece. The wood base has no damage but has a mild discoloration at top from someone leaving a price sticker on it too long. The main piece has a stud running through the back and could be removed for refinishing. There is a name plate and it was given in 1984 to a Master Chief Operations Specialist. Made in Norfolk by Virginia Art Metal Plastics who although at a new location can be reached at the same phone number. The brass has a nice antiqued finish to it, this is done with a mild chemical, there was just a touch too much of it used in one spot but overall very nicely done.
