Valerian tincture RFF is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age, as there is insufficient information about the safety of the drug. For adolescents over 12 years of age, adults and the elderly, the recommended dose is 20–30 drops. To reduce nervous tension, use up to 3 times a day. For sleep disorders, take a single dose half an hour to an hour before bedtime; if necessary, you can take another dose in the evening. Maximum daily dose: 4 single doses.
