Volpi Intralux 6000 Fiber Optic Light Source
This light source powers on and lights up. When I moved it around the light came off and so I had to open the top and push the bulb downwards and it lighted back up. If it gets moved around and the light comes off, the bulb has to be pushed down again to make contact. The fuse holder on the back is dislodged from the cabinet (see last picture) but it works fine still.
