It is in good condition, with some wear at the corners and edges, and some hand written notations throughout the music, a lot of which are in pencil and could be erased, although there are some in pen as well. There are some small tears and some fraying at the edges of the cover, as well as the pages. It is 7 pages long, and pages that are intact are in good condition. This is a great sheet music in need of a little TLC, and a wonderful collectible piece.
