Chat was 2 weeks ago NOT 1 week ago as you wrongly write and I have proof, I wrote two messages asking if you did the recast. No reply for 2 weeks: this equals being ignored, or would you call it ineptitude? I think "being ignored" is softer. My 1st order was June 26, and I continually added expensive spells, and you promised dates by which I would hear, then, again you would delay the date, and then again delays. Someone who buys consistently from you messaged me that I should be more patient because your spells can take 4 years to materialize. 4 years!? I didn't read such description in you items and in 4 years, all men write without any magick. This is not right. And remember, 2 weeks passed after the chat, not 1 week. I have proof. So, don't blame me.

Not 1 week, but 2 weeks. I have proof. And, I wrote 2 messages asking if you did the re-cast. No reply. How can you treat loyal customers (14 spells bought) like that? Only 1 sentence was required to say "in progress" but you wrote nothing until I left a negative feedback. You guaranteed that there will be result (through chat) in beginning of Aug. Now Oct is ending. Nothing. The point is that you promised / guaranteed result beginning of Aug. (and I kept adding spells from you) and now is end of Oct. So nothing worked. I waited patiently so that I can't leave feedback for all my items because so much time passed. I am fair and don't blame me in vain.
