Interesting buyer. Purchased a Gold Plated Sterling Silver Diamond ring for only $57.22, which as you can see in the picture by design the top of the ring shows the sterling silver and gradually is plated by gold. Upon arrival, complained about the gold being rubbed off. Immediately responded offering a refund. Waived the normal 10% restocking fee on our Fine Rings that are made to order. Buyer sent item back. It was received by our shipping department on 01/27/2017 at 2:45 P.M, inspected and refund issued on 01/28/2017 at 1:38 P.M. Buyer beware! If that is bad service you may want to consider purchasing from another source! :) Hands down we have the best customer service of any company in any industry.
