They have been sandblasted and are nice, solid and straight. No rot. Please look at all pictures as they are part of the description. This was removed from a 60 Cadillac Deville Flat Top, but may fit other vehicles in the fitment chart, fitment based on Cadillac Master Parts List 17.1425.
