Bill Bell Scaredy Cats collector plate and 43 similar items

From Franklin Mint, this is a Bill Bell limited edition collector plate titled "Scaredy Cats" and numbered HH4460. The whimsical Halloween scene depicts a witch cat in her cluttered kitchen sampling her brew. Other kitties look on from spots all around the room, as does a dog with a cat mask who seems to be getting away with his sneaky disguise. There are other critters as well, and some Halloween pumpkins to add a bit more holiday vibe. It's really a fun and colorful picture. Plate is fine porcelain, measures 8.25" in diameter, and is trimmed in gold. It is in absolutely excellent condition with no flaws or signs of wear. Asking $6.00 obo.
