It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, however, there are a few flea bite chips around the inside perimeter of the hole where the cover would attach to the fixture. There is no hardware with the cover. The cover is a clear glass cover with a satin finish that gives is a smokey semi-opaque finish. The cover is 2” in diameter at the top, with the opening being .5” in diameter, and 11.5” in diameter at the base and 3.25” deep. It is a universal ceiling light cover that would be a great replacement piece.
