Steve Rogers bequeathed his shield and the mantle of Captain America to Wilson, who is reluctant to take on such a hefty responsibility at first but over the course of the series, rises to the occasion magnificently. As the Falcon first, his new suit is a hybrid of that and Captain America, featuring wings supplied by the technological wizards of Wakanda.
