Lot of 7 vintage pens 1 Pencil Property US Govt Dept of Labor AAA VA Hospital DC. VA Hospital of Washington DC has a small 1775 Soldier clip and this is bent out a bit, please see photo. I tested all pens and can't get any ink to work but the Property of US Government is like a black pencil type marker chalk marker and works but not sure how much is left in it. The US Department of Labor is shaped like a match and tip of match is the cap and comes off to show the pen tip. Nice vintage set from an estate sale. The pencil is unused but has some yellowing to it and eraser is rock hard.
