Pick your sizes. These plates are made specifically for the KitchenAid/Hobart aluminum meat grinder that was produced in the 1970's and 1980's. They will NOT FIT any other meat grinder by KitchenAid. Stainless steel parts. See photos in listing of the meat grinder that these parts fit. Meat grinders are NOT included in purchase.
Pick your sizes
1/8" (3mm) very fine mince
3/16 (4.5mm) small hamburger
1/4" (6mm) typical hamburger
5/16" (8mm) typical sausage
1/2" (12mm) typical chili
5/8" (16mm) coarse grind
2-hole plate. For stuffing sausage into the tube
OR a New Stainless Steel knife
The plate measurements are:
1 15/16" (49 mm)" across
3/16" (4.5 mm) thick
5/16" (8 mm) center hole
