Droopy is wearing his clean tan shorts, printed license plate shirt and holding flag sign in left hand which reads, I'm So Happy. Droopy himself is clean white soft plush, droppy eyes, black ears, black fabric hard nose, black stitch mouth, top light brown plush hair, black stitching on hands and feet and measures 13 inches long.
