ed., signed, limited ed., dark green cloth hardcover w/gilt titling to spine and
gilt stamped crest to front board, 8vo (9 x 6?) Good+ / n.a., 412 pp. Some gentle soiling and staining to boards, a
small amount of soiling to end papers, light age toning to text block, some wrinkling to cloth on spine.
Malcolm W. Perkins was a WWI veteran, clerk of the circuit
court for Fluvanna County, VA and president
of the Midland Publishing Company of Palmyra. He also served as president of the Bank of Fluvanna, VA. He must have gotten his amazing genetics from
his father Shandy K. Perkins, a Confederate Veteran of Company D, Twenty-third Virginia Infantry,
Gen. Thomas J. (Stonewall) Jackson Brigade.
Quite the distinctive book and yet another splendid annal of Captured Tyme!
