2p Rivière Victorian to Art Deco Paste and 50 similar items

very beautiful and rare, substantial in size Antique/ Vintage Art Deco (or late Victorian) Riviere necklace and bracelet suite! crafted in solid sterling silver - hallmarked sterling and tested, and set with big bright Old Cut white "sapphire" paste stones! also small "diamond" pastes around them! it really looks like white sapphires with diamonds set in yellow gold! hallmarked - sterling. the size of the links are substantial - please see photos next to the ruler. the necklace is a chocker approx 133/4" from end to end, bracelet approx 7" from end to end. choker Riviere was very popular at that time. both have safety chains and both clasps set with diamond paste on the top, both clasps work well! one of the safety chain has not working little round spring clasp which easy to replace and costs probably very little here . sorry it is old item so there are small imperfections please see photos for a description, sizes and weight. weight is very substantial 87.72g for both!! in very good antique condition, patina was not removed and will need to be lightly cleaned by a new owner if desired. A few people told me that this is Eisenberg. it was very closely compared to Eisenberg jewelry. Eisenberg design different but similar . this is probably pre Eisenberg - it is much older piece and it does not bear Eisenberg hallmark on it. only sterling mark.
