This short capped sleeve,3 tiered ruffle bottom dress by Byer Too! fits ladies misses size 11, 32" to 36" bust depending on how tight you wear your clothes. Dress has a dropped waist to where the ruffles start. Length is right above the knee and in my estimation would nicely fit someone 5'4" tall through 5'11" tall. Features a tapering around the waist and shaped to give you more of an hour-glass figure. The bright blue/bright green/purple flowered, ruffled bottom flares out to give the dress a sexy, poufy look that accentuates your legs as you walk. Sewn-in tag states the black knit top is a cotton/poly blend, ruffles are 100% cotton and the dress is machine washable, drip dry or tumble dry low. Dress was never worn.
