Brand new Safety Lights with hooks, neon green. Three settings: steady on, slow flash, or fast flash. The horizontal lights are approximately 1.5 x 1 x 0.75 inches with lights on both sides a white plastic clip on the back, press between the lights to operate. The vertical light is about 1.75 x 1.24 x 0.75 inches with one light a clear plastic clip at the top, squeeze the center to turn on off.
