J. Ellington, who lived from 1933 to 1994 and taught art at the University of St. Cloud. The Print is in Good Condition for its age. It looks like it has moved a little in the frame. Please look carefully over the print. The Frame isnt in the best Condition, and I am just throwing the frame in instead of taking it out, and rolling it up. The Frame itself Measures 31 3/8?
