Also commonly know as Mexican Hat, this biennial to perennial will grow well in hot and dry climates. Blooms in July to August in Zone 5; in 80-85 days in areas with longer growing seasons. Excellent as a border plant or in rock gardens ***Please note - if planting in spring you it's suggested to mix seed with sand and place in refrigerator for 30 days (cold stratification) before planting.
