If any jewelry item is damaged upon receipt by the purchaser, then within 7 days of delivery please notify me via the platform’s email / messaging system. Please provide a picture showing the damage. I will arrange to have a replacement sent out. If a replacement is not available you will receive a full refund.

Please note that the following items are not returnable: Craft supplies to include sterling silver wire and beads.

I do not accept returns for the reason of “Buyers Remorse”. If you purchased an item and later decide you do not want it, I’m sorry but I will not accept a return on such an item. Also, the window of opportunity for a damaged item is 7 days and will only result in a replacement, not a refund.

I also do not accept returns initiated by parents where their minor children made the purchase. As parents, you are responsible for the actions of your children.

If any purchase is otherwise deemed by PayPal to have been fraudulent in nature, I will abide by PayPal’s decision after an investigation has been conducted. PayPal’s seller and customer protection policies will govern any such situations.
