It prominently features the Royal Copenhagen trademark of three wavy blue lines, topped by the Danish crown, and surrounded with the inscription ROYAL COPENHAGEN PORCELAIN A similar plate is featured on the cover of the book A Collector’s Guide to Royal Copenhagen Porcelain by Nick Caroline Pope, which mostly focused on Royal Copenhagen figurines. Royal Copenhagen had refused their request to use the Royal Copenhagen logo on the cover of their book, so they used a photo of the plate to show the logo. Fine Danish porcelain decorated under the glaze in iconic Copenhagen blue. Pierced foot for hanging wire, approximately 25 cm (just under 10 inches) in diameter.
