This is for a rare ultra-high realism movie prop picnic box/basket. This includes the box, paper liner, an intact loaf of bread that has the appearance of being sliced and a sandwich in two halves.
In the world of food props there are different grades of realism. These are major movie studio grade level. The detail, texture and coloring are made to hold up to the most extreme close-ups, usually when the prop is being held by the actor.
High end props like this can also used for staging a home sale, condo, RV or motorhome. The sandwich could also be used as a work prank as long as it wouldn't get you into trouble if you have a food thief and they try to take a bite.
