To process a return: Go to your purchase history. Find the item you purchased. To the right of the item there's a drop down menu with a "return this item" option. Follow steps to print a return label from your printer. Package securely and Seal up the package and tape the label to the package and give the package to the shipping company. Warranty on all brand new products will be the manufacturer's warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.
