Express Delivery (1-3 business days) - For an additional charge available only for EUROPE buyers. RETURN POLICIES Our return policy is 14 days return or exchange. All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections). In cases we are unable to identify you as the buyer, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before we have reviewed your return case. In many cases, courier companies only require pictures of the damaged package and item in order to close a damage claim in our favor.
