The pendant is heart shaped and opens from the top. It reminds me of a little metal basket purse? Or perfume / sachet holder? The heart has open work and enamel with three peachy pink flowers with green leaves. There are pink tone dangles, a small glass heart, a cut crystal bead, a star with a center rhinestone and a leaf shape with rhinestones. There are also two cut glass or crystal beads on the top. The stones around the edges front and back are marcasites and there are marcasites in the flower centers, even the flower on the backside. Very detailed. The heart is 1.25? high and 1.25? wide.
