Vintage B Kliban funny mug cat disguised as and similar items

This is a vintage 1979 coffee mug featuring the art of cartoonist Bernard "Hap" Kliban. If you remember the late 1970s, you'll remember that Kliban's cats were everywhere! Always easy to recognize due to their distinctive style, the cats always come along with a bit of cleverness and humor. This one is disguised as a bird, sitting on a tree branch, relaxed and fully confident that he's pulling this off like a champ. Cup measures 3.5" deep and 3" in diameter, not including the handle. Made in England by Kiln Craft. The graphics are in excellent condition and look really great, no paint loss or scratches or anything. Mug has no chips or cracks, no wear at all on the outside, but on the inside there are some scratches. Definitely a cool mug, an awesome 70s throwback. Asking $8.00 obo.
