Customer manager CRM MS-Access database and 50 similar items

I have tried to build this MS Access CRM database to be a simple to use contact and client management tool. Shipping: I will send a link via messaging to download the files after purchase. Please note I do not send a physical item. Although it may not have all the bells and whistles there are still quite a few features in the database to help you organize and track your contacts / customers. As I designed this in Microsoft Access (for Windows based computers) please note you will either need Microsoft Access or the free Access runtime on your computer to use the database. Also note: the database is split into 2 files - frontend and backend and both files should be kept in the same folder. Main features... ? Easily enter your contacts, filter contacts on-screen or search your contacts; ? Also add your Leads and convert Leads to Contacts when needed; ? You can now print out address labels and also add any identified interests; ? Attach relevant document links to a contact's record and add notes to their record; ? Add or view action reminders; ? Other functions include:- you can type and print letters from the system; log correspondence made with your contacts; record basic sale details; ? Get reports out; ?
