Free shipping applies only to US domestic shipments, but we are happy and able to ship anywhere. Before buying, be aware that we include a potential surcharge for shipments to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO/DPO. Items already in a box may be shipped in its original box. Please message us if you would like your items shipped in a separate packaging box. We do offer combined shipping. Please Note: If your item is shipping via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground because the item is large in size or weight you will need to provide us with a physical address. UPS or FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses. RETURNS If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please message us to discuss return options. Please note: we record serial numbers to discourage fraud. If you wish to return your item for any other reason we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging (when applies) has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed. Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer.
