This is a sweet little vintage Hummel figurine titled "We Congratulate." By Goebel Germany ?Hand painted. A little boy has a protective arm around a little girl, who holds a bouquet of flowers. They must be planning a surprise...the little boy holds a finger over his lips! I love their traditional tyrolean clothing. So cute. This was in my grandmother's estate - a friend brought a few back from Germany as a gift, starting in the 1960s. I don't know the precise date on this one. M. J. Hummel signature on the side of the base. There is a tiny flake or fleabite on the back edge of the base, under the "e" in Hummel. Otherwise, perfect. No crazing. No other chips or any other damage.
