From the noted American horror writer Abraham Grace Merritt, an inductee to the Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of fame, a tale of struggle and warfare in a lost world, one that once flourished in a group of islands in the Pacific. A band of daring scientists stumble on its mysteries and penetrate into its dark secrets in the bowels of the earth but only one survives to tell the tale.
The book is in FINE condition with some overall wear that includes some light spine wear, tanned pages, some foxing spots on the inside of the covers, and some pencil writing on the back cover. (see pictures)
