The hose is intact, though it shows some wear with taped areas. Motor and strong and works great. Sturdy metal construction - Original blue color with Royal branding on the side - Includes a hose and a few cleaning attachments (Brush, crevice tool, etc) - Rolling base for easy maneuverability (wheels are in great shape) Believe this is a model 401 but does not have any label for such.
