The item looks to be Asian in origin likely Chinese from China (see photos and decide). The urn is made of six sided ceramic porcelain pottery with a brass metal cap and base. The lamp needs new wiring. This is a fantastic vase with a fired enamel hand painted decoration including birds and dragons (see photos). The urn portion alone measures about 13.5 inches high and it is about 6 inches wide diagonally (5 inches wide flat side to flat side). The lamp together measures taller, but I have taken the lamp apart so you can see the base and top of the vase portion. The item is from an estate liquidation (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The item is sold in as is as found estate condition. There is some wear to the vase portion, some chips and wear as shown (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
