The item is made of a white metal Spelter with a cherub design and a peeling painted finish (see photos). This item looks to be American in origin from the USA. This is a nice table lamp to conserve or repair for use. The item is in as is as found estate condition with flaking paint and it will need to be re-wired for safe use (see photos). The item is old (see photos). The item in total measures about 12+ inches high to the socket top and it is about 4.25 inches wide at the base.
