More than a decade ago, my mother purchased this vest for a trip that was cancelled
It has been packed away in a clean, airtight container ever since
Pristine, all zippers work
Two options to adjust bottom hem drawchord
(Bottom hem drawchord is adjustable via inside the right pocket as well as at bottom hem)
R on left side of waist band (might have meant Regulator but not sure)
