Free shipping applies only to US domestic shipments, but we are happy and able to ship anywhere. Before buying, be aware that we include a potential surcharge for shipments to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and FPO/APO/DPO. Items already in a box may be shipped in its original box. Please message us if you would like your items shipped in a separate packaging box. We do offer combined shipping. Please Note: If your item is shipping via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground because the item is large in size or weight you will need to provide us with a physical address. RETURNS If the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. If you wish to return your item for any other reason we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging (when applies) has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed. Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies.
