Measuring right at 15" x 11oe" and 5oe" deep (without the lid), this roaster is plenty big enough for a good-sized turkey or Boston butt, yet versatile enough for a smaller chicken or beef roast with all the trimmings. Includes the original and uncommon roasting rack that is all-to-often missing or lost.
