Signed by hand by legendary comic creator John Romita, Sr, this trading card is JSA authenticated and certified through CGC with a card grade of 8. It is from the The Incredible Hulk trading card set released by Topps in 2003. Fresh from CGC, it will be shipped with the utmost care.
About the Artist:
John Romita (1930?2023) was a legendary comic book artist best known for his definitive work on The Amazing Spider-Man during the Silver Age of comics. Taking over from Steve Ditko in 1966, Romita brought a more polished, romantic style to the book, helping to make Spider-Man Marvel?s flagship character and co-creating key characters like Mary Jane Watson and the Kingpin. Additionally, he illustrated many of Marvel's other top-tier characters, including Daredevil, Captain America, the Hulk (co-creating Wolverine for the landmark Incredible Hulk issues 180-182). He also served as Marvel?s art director for many years, shaping the visual identity of the company across countless titles and mentoring a generation of artists. Romita?s elegant, expressive linework and storytelling sense left an enduring mark on the industry, earning him a place among the all-time greats.
