Descripción del Artículo
Sharps Vintage Antique Toffee Candy Tin Nautical Ships
Nice vintage toffee tin depicting a sailing ship with the Cross of St. George on the sails. This tin measures 5 1/2" x 4" x 1 1/2" and is in fair vintage condition with dents, scratches and rust. Made by Edward Sharp and Son of Maidstone, Kent and has the seal of the official confectioner to His Majesty The King. That would date this from 1937 to 1952 as His Majesty would be George VI, though the symbolism of the ship dates to the period of 1900-1920.
